Pkgsrc 2007Q3 upgrade, first part.
Installed the new pkg_install, which has built in audit-packages. Doing a vulnerability check is FAST now.
New libnbcompat! Since May of this year, it is again under development. Very nice! That means the bootstrap toolchain pieces are now 2007 vintage instead of 2004 vintage.
Rebootstrapped due to issues doing inplace upgrades of some parts of the framework.
Had to override the safety check for bootstrap-mk-files, pax, pkg_install, and tnftp.
